Just the Two of Us – Shhhhhh! - £160

This is our most low key ‘we just want to do it’ option. You’ll be ushered through to our new Southerndown Room, leaving no time to be spotted by anyone who isn’t in on the secret. We’ll provide witnesses, but you are welcome to bring your own. This really is just about the two of you making your commitment to each other - simple, effective, legal and a beautiful, shared secret. Enquire here.

Just the Two of Us in The Southerndown Room -£110-£160

Our classic legal ceremony with no bells and whistles, no poems or music, just the two of you focussed on each other and the words you exchange. Or request our timeless ceremony with a memorable flourish. With at least 2 witnesses and up to 20 guests, this intimate ceremony will be a memorable experience for you and those you hold dear.

It’s Friday, it’s 5 o’clock, it’s time to kick off the weekend! Choose from the Shhhhh or Southerndown ceremony and start your evening, and the rest of your lives, with us in the Civic Offices. You’ll be perfectly placed to move on for food and drink in any of the fantastic local pubs and restaurants. Enquire here.

Why not follow your 5 o’clock West House ceremony with a gorgeous charcuterie grazing board just up the road at Griff’s Deli?

Or for something really different, choose a 10am West House ceremony with brunch at Griff’s to follow.

With grazing boards starting at £12.50 per person and desserts added from £3.50 per person, you can celebrate in style and on budget.

‍Llantwit Major Town Council have worked hard over the last few years to refurbish the Town Hall and make it popular place to hold parties, weddings, family and group celebrations. Thus providing Llantwit Major with a venue to hold functions, in the heart of the community, at cost effective prices.  

Hire of the Council Chamber, Room B and Town Hall for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - Total Cost for weekend, (excluding catering): £500.00

‍The Beach Huts, Whitmore Bay, Barry Island  

You can bring two guests to your beach hut wedding, in addition to your two witnesses. That's how many people we can accommodate in a hut (just) but there's room for more outside.

There's lots of scope for an outdoor ceremony here, we can even marry you on the beautiful sandy beach!

Beach hut (or beach) venue hire is £750.00 and your craving for traditional seaside fayre will be more than satisfied by the wonderful nearby traders. ‍
